I'm unsure of who wrote this, but I agree with it. The fact is that the Democrats have controlled the direction of this country since taking over Congress, and Bush is carrying the blame for their failed policies. Even now the Democrats try to blame the Republicans, but they hold the White House and the Senate. The Republicans do not hold the power to give direction, the Democrats do.
